Common Functions – Screen Buttons
OK – Saves your changes and closes the screen
Cancel – Ignores your changes and closes the screen
Apply – Saves your changes and keeps the screen open
Leave screen open – After clicking OK, saves the entry and provides a new blank template (e.g. entering new employees)
First – Moves to the first record in the set
Previous – Moves to the record immediately preceding the one being viewed
Next – Moves to the record immediately after the one being viewed
Last – Moves to the last record in the set
Add – Provides a blank template for the same kind of record being viewed

Help – Accesses the program Help files
Cancel – Cancels the process and returns to the main menu
Back – Moves to the prior step in the process
Next – Moves to the subsequent step in the process
Finish – Completes the process
